Water Under The Wood Floors

A washer started leaking while the home owner was away. All it needed was a few hours to cause a large amount of damage. The water seeped through the small cracks and the wood absorbed it. The water collected under the flooring and created a puddle that made the flooring start to bubble and warp the wood. Luckily the homeowner was not out of town so she was able to catch the damage as it was happening.
